He was predeceased by: his father Gigetto "George" Salvatore. He is survived by: his wife Norma Antolini; his son Dr. Matthew Salvatore; his sisters, Giovanna Bernardon and Rosemary Wood; and his pet Mandy. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
