She was predeceased by: her parents, Helen Millard and Clifford Millard; and her husband Ronald Black. She is survived by: her daughter Lisa Carentz (Peter) of Liverpool; her grandson Matthew Welch of Syracuse; and her brothers, Charles Millard (Marilyn) of Poughkeepsie and Edward Millard (Darlene) of Greene. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
