He is survived by: his siblings, Richard and Dorothy Lewis; and his nieces and nephews, Patti Moore (Marty), Jean Bills (Bob), Gary Lewis (Debbie), Laurie Leonardo (Harry), Nancy Cretaro (Louie), Betsy Orcutt (Bob), Debbie Gardner (Walt), Sharon Hawthorne (James), Karen Grandy (Rob) and William Corrigan.
