He was predeceased by: his parents, Geraldine "Jerry" Chatfield and John "Chatty" Chatfield. He is survived by: his wife Ann Rockwell; his sons, Jon of Hatfield, PA and Jesse (Donielle) of Camillus; his granddaughters, Haylie and Liliana; and his sisters, Wendy Mueller (James) of Warners, Lori Daniels (Brian) of Jordan and Stacey Chatfield of Jordan. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
