It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Joanne Barrett DeLany of Camillus, New York, born in Syracuse, New York, who passed away on June 2, 2023, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her father Joseph John Barrett; and her children, Patrick, Daniel DeLany and Mary Colleen Kolakowski. She is survived by: her husband Frederick T. DeLany; her children, Frederick J. DeLany, David Barrett DeLany, Sheila Anne Kubinski (Kevin), Mark Edward DeLany, Timothy Sean DeLany (Sally), Erin DeLany, Matthew John DeLany (Andrea) and Shannon Margaret Bourcy (Scott); and her sister Mary Lou Zone of Erie, PA.. She is also survived by sixteen grandchildren and six great grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions to St. Joseph Church, 5600 Genesee St, Camillus, NY 13031 or the Franciscan Sisters, 6900 Buckley Road, Syracuse, NY 13212.
