He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Gifford and Renetta Gifford (Miller); his wife Joanne Norris; and his son Jon. He is survived by: his sons, James (Barbara) of DeWitt, Jeffrey (Charlene) of Williamsville and Joseph (Allyn) of Greer, SC; his grandchildren, Jessica, Daniel, Jenna Sullivan (Timothy), Jacklyn Moffitt (Kevin), Maggie and Emily; and his great grandchildren, Shane Sullivan and Brooke Moffitt.
