He was predeceased by: his wife Margaret Ann; and his parents, Howard O'Brien and Mary O'Brien. He is survived by: his children, Patricia Griffin (Jeff), Howard O'Brien, Jr. (Judy), Colleen Spiddle (Patrick), Michelle Jones and Kathleen O'Brien; his grandchildren, Michael (Shauna), Brittney, Courtney (DJ), April (Dan), Logan (Taylor), Sean, Gregory, Jeffrey and Joey; and his great grandchildren, Benjamin, Owen and Veda. He is also survived by brother-in-law and sister-in-law, and cousins.
