He is survived by: his wife Opal Warner; his children, Rita Thomas Sprague (Timothy), Melissa Abram (Donald) and Edward Warner; his stepchildren, James Spears, John Spears and Nancy Calley; and his siblings, Gertha Caples, Gerald Hess (Gail) and George Warner (Letty). He is also survived by 12 grandchildren, 5 great grandchildren.
