He was predeceased by: his parents, Peter Notcher and Marie Notcher (Anthony); and his brother David Notcher. He is survived by: his wife Joanne Caracci; his sister Nancy Mehlem; and his sister-in-law Diane Notcher. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, cousins and close friends.
