She was predeceased by: her husband Henry; and her siblings, Jane, Ann, Edwin and Jack.
She is survived by: her children, Beth Leventhal (Ira) of Chappaqua and David Panasci (Jan) of Jamesville; her grandsons, Michael, Dan and Jon Leventhal; her sister-in-law Arlene Rainone of Syracuse; and her friend Marie Barry.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that contributions be made to the Faye Panasci Children's Fund at Vera House, 723 James St., Syracuse, NY 13203.
