He is survived by: his wife Dina Redko; and his children, Alex Melnichuk (Nina) of Camillus, Andrey Melnichuk (Taisa) of Florida, Igor Melnichuk (Ira) of Camillus and Tatyana Melnichuk of Camillus. He is also survived by eight grandchildren and several nieces, nephews and cousins.
