He was predeceased by: his son Charles "Charlie" DeVore; and his brother Roger DeVore. He is survived by: his spouse Diann M. Graves; his children, Anita Evans of Painted Post, Linda Andrade (John) of Williamsport, Sierra Barcumb (Barry) of Hornell, Robert DeVore (Leah) of Calif, Dale DeVore and Phillip DeVore of Cameron; his sister Roslind Curtis (Jack) of Orlando; and his sister-in-law Marie DeVore of Windsor.
