He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Evan Iffert and Beverly O'Brian. He is survived by: his parents, Richard O'Brian and Lisa Iffert Smith; his wife Anne O'Brian; his daughter Audrina O'Brian; his sister Trista O'Brian; his grandparents, Florence Iffert and Richard O'Brian; his nephews, Camron Tuma and Fredrick Black III; and his niece Nevaeh Bredderman.
