He was predeceased by: his parents, Francis Garlick and Elaine Garlick (Rinker); and his children, Ricky and Mary Garlick. He is survived by: his sons, Randy Garlick (Cynthia) and Roger Garlick; and his sister Evelyn Goodson (Bud). He is also survived by eight grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
