He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Chester Kramer and Clara Price Kramer; his siblings, Robert Kotary of Floyd, NY and Carol Ann Richardson of McMinnville, TN; his nieces and nephews, Michael (Maureen Avery), Brian (Lauren Richardson), V. Echo, Second Lt, Steven (Hannah Richardson) and Christopher (Vicki Kotary); and his close friends, David and Mary DeFrees of Oneida, NY. He was also cherished by several cousins and numerous friends.
Due to the covid-19 restrictions and in keeping with Walter's wishes, there will be no formal services.
Memorial contributions in lieu of flowers may be made to the Camden Public Library, Camden, NY.
