He was predeceased by: his uncle Lee "Butch" Piersall; his aunt Mickey "Lombardo" Forte; his stepfather Donald Pratt; and his grandmother Ella Manley. He is survived by: his parents, Marvin Sherman and Ruth Piersall; his children, Amanda Akins, Dakota Sherman, Thomas, Jr., Joshua and Randy Sherman; and his siblings, Melissa Holland of Baldwinsville, Tessie Sherman of Boonville, Marvin Sherman of Rome, Rachael Holland-Short (Gregory) of Camden, William Holland of Rome, Kathleen Holland of North Bay and Shirley Holland of Camden. He is also survived by grandchild and a grandchild on the way, several cousins, nieces and nephews.
Tommy's family intends to have a celebration of life at a later date due to Corona virus constraints.
