He was predeceased by: his former wife Alma Maye Washburn. He is survived by: his wife Gloria Washburn; his children, Ray E Washburn (Cathy), NJ, Wayne W Washburn (Vicki), Martha M Belew (Bobby), Sherlyn S. Gardner (late Jay) and Laurie A Moretti (Daniel); and his grandchildren, Carol and Scott. He is also survived by twelve grandchildren and eighteen great-grandchildren; and extended family.
