He is survived by: his wife Tami Bourgeois; and his children, Kayla Hummel, Charles Vanderworken (Samantha), Kristopher Hummel (Kimber) and Katie Lynn Bourgeios Jones (Alec). He is also survived by six granddaughters; and one grandson.
