She was predeceased by: her parents, Elmer Rush and Eva Rush (Howland); her husband Walter G. Smolenski of John's Rectory; her grandson Mark LaPrairie; and her siblings, Harold Rush, Beatrice Ceterski and Arlene Smolenski.
She is survived by: her daughters, Donna LaPrairie (Tom), Diane Riley (Peter), Carol Hayes (late Jovial Hayes) and Lori Heath (late Floyd Heath); her grandchildren, Thomas, David LaPrairie, Heidi Hathaway, Kelli Harris, Nicholas Riley, Travis, Tyler Hayes, Jared, Nathan and Corey Heath; and her great grandchildren, Jacob, Carolelyn, Brody, Parker LaPrairie, Riley, Carson, Reese Hathaway, Ethan, Owen, Emily Harris, Quinn, Bryce Riley, Grace, Liam, Spencer, Tucker, Delaney Hayes, Emma, Ella, Jagger, Isla, Hailey and Saylor Heath. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
