He was predeceased by: his parent Elias Schoick; and his siblings, Luella Washeleski, Lou Briggs and Jim Briggs. He is survived by: his parent Lumilla Van Schoick (Laveck); his wife Edythe; his children, Patrice Van Schoick of Camden, Jennifer Reed (David) of East Syracuse and John David "Dutch" Van of Camden; his siblings, Susanne Norman of North Carolina and Donald Van Schoick (Sue) of Camden; his grandchildren, Eric Van Schoick (Markie), Michael Stith, Liz Vanderhof, Benjamin Stith and Caitlin Rioux; his great grandchildren, Dmitri and Mackenzie; and also Sandy Schiffer of Camden.
In lieu of flowers, contribution in Jack's memory may be made to the Camden Lion's Club.
