He was predeceased by: his parents, Francis Kelley and Dorothy Kunkle Kelley. He is survived by: his wife Constance "Connie"; his children, Dean "Kelsey" Kelley (Denise), Rodney Kelley, Scott Kelley (Kathy) and Karen Morgan (Robert); and his brothers, Danne (Sonja) and Timothy Kelley (Carolyn). He is also survived by seven grandchildren.
