She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, John F. Oakes and Dorothy Bancroft Oakes; her husband Richard Skinner; her daughters, Betsy (Dale Prosser), Pamela (Robert Jones) and Lori (David Schwartz); her grandchildren, Ronnie (Mallory Douglas), Daniel Douglas and Maria (Thomas Clarke); and her great grandchildren, Abigail, Logan and Ariella. She was also cherished by six sisters, seven brothers, and several nieces & nephews.
