He is survived by: his wife Wendy Davis; his children, Julie, Barry Soulia of Westmoreland, Jason Higley and Melinda Malik of Camden; his brother Charles Costello of Clinton; and his grandchildren, Karissa Farrell, Konner Farrell, Hannah Soulia, Carter Higley and Morgan Hamlin. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
