He was predeceased by: his parents, Elinor Woodcock and Frederick Woodcock; his daughters, Mary Frances Woodcock and Dorothy Waite; and his grandchildren, Shirley Waite, Jessica Saunders and Wesley Wills.
He is survived by: his daughters, Teresa Saunders of Ellenwood, GA, Patricia Andersen of Norco, CA and Rebecca Benoit (Alan) of Greenwich, NY.; his grandchildren, Frank Waite (Brittaney), Elizabeth Wills, Jesse Wills and Maureen Fernandez (Travis); and his brother Robert Woodcock (Christine) of Sandgate, VT.. He is also survived by several great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren.
A graveside service was held on Friday, November 22nd 2024 at 11:00 AM at the Woodlands Cemetery Cemetery (76 N Union St, Cambridge, NY 12816).
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made in William's name to the SPCA of Upstate New York, 588 Queensbury Ave, Queensbury, NY 12804, to support the care of animals that William had always held dear.
