He was predeceased by: his parents, Matthew Carroll and Alice Ayers Carroll; and his siblings, Thomas Carroll, June Norton of Hebron, Arlene Brayson of Castleton and Dorothy Beayon of Greenwich.
He is survived by: his wife Ruth Weber; his sister Gladys Blanchard of Albany; his brother-in-law Richard Beayon of Greenwich; and his children, William Michael Carroll, Darlene Darfler, Suzanne Mullen of Cambridge and Colleen Piekarz of Port Chester, NY.. He is also survived by eight grandchildren and sixteen and a half great grandchildren, as well as many nieces, nephews, and great nieces & nephews.
All visitors are asked to please wear a facial covering or face mask, regardless of vaccination status.
