He was predeceased by: his wife Helene Boice of Shushan; and his siblings, Vincent, Louis Sica and Barbara Catlin. He is survived by: his daughter Kim McMillan (Jack); his grandson Cory McMillan (Sarah); his great grandchildren, Sadie and Piper McMillan; his siblings, Sarah Bosland of New Jersey and Aurelio Sica of Miami, FL; and his brother-in-law Rodger Catlin of Arizona. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
