He is survived by: his parent Margaret Waite (Cassidy); and his children, Pamela Saunders (Douglas) of Bennington, VT, Joseph Waite (Janet) of Dorset, VT, Michael Waite, Sr. (Floreen) of North Springfield, VT, Linda Matteson of Manchester Center, VT and Frank Waite (Brittany) of Cambridge. He is also survived by fourteen grandchildren, 15 great grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
