Visitation was held on Thursday, February 6th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Ackley, Ross & Gariepy Funeral Home (73 W Main St, Cambridge, NY 12816). A funeral service was held on Thursday, February 6th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial was held on Thursday, February 6th 2025 at the Gerald B. H. Solomon Saratoga National Cemetery (200 Duell Rd, Schuylerville, NY 12871).
In honor of Hazel's lifelong love for animals, memorial contributions may be made in her memory to the SPCA of Upstate New York, 588 Queensbury Ave, Queensbury, NY 12804.
