She was predeceased by: her parents, Napoleon Joseph and Annette Barron Santerre; her husband Henry Mulligan; her son Todd Mulligan; her sister Lucille Woodcock; and her son-in-law George Maroney.
She is survived by: her children, Maureen Maroney of Bennington, VT, Michael Mulligan (Edie) of Pittsfield, MA, Jackie Orr (Randy) of Loudonville, Kyle Mulligan (Dawn) of Greenwich and Tanya Liuzzo (Ray) of Galway; her brother Maurice Santerre (Yvonne) of Cambridge; her grandchildren, Simon, Nancy, Nathan, Adam, Elizabeth, Rachel, Stephanie, Sean, Meghan, Allison, Ryan, Kady and Karlee; and her great grandchildren, Daniel and Zachariah. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Gloria was faithful in collecting funds for the American Cancer Society for many years.
