He was predeceased by: his parents, Jesse King and Della King (Sherman); and his siblings, Pearl LaVictoire, Joan Merrill, Jesse, George, Chester and Austin King.
He is survived by: his wife Bernice Truehart King; his daughter Constance Forand (Alan); his grandchildren, Jason Getty (Crystal) of Hebron and Cheryl Porter (Matthew) of Fort Ann; his great grandchildren, Jacob Harrison Getty, John Harrison Getty of Hebron, Paisley, Brinley, Nolan Porter of Fort Ann, Wyatt and Easton Paul of Hebron; and his nephews, LaVerne "Dude" Truehart, Fred Truehart and Terry Sutliff.
