It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Frances Elo of Cambridge, New York, who passed away on September 7, 2020, at the age of 100, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Philander Moffitt and Esther Moffitt (Waters); her husbands, Harry Qua and William Elo; and her siblings, Joe Bounds, Herbert Bounds, Jennie LeBarron and Beulah Kelley.
She is survived by: her children, Benjamin Qua of Cambridge and Sylvia Jarvis of Cambridge; and her grandchildren, Christopher Qua, Sandra Brundige, Susan Mowrey and Scott Mowrey. She is also survived by eleven great-grandchildren, six great-great-grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
