He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Starr and Emily Starr (Gates); and his brother Robert Starr. He is survived by: his children, Jennifer Starr (Anthony), Ervin J. Starr Jr. (Carrie), Jason Starr (Heather) and Adam Pierce (Kristian); his grandchildren, Mikayla, Brianna, Connor, Shane, Kadyn, Ty, Cody, Andyn and Cameron; and his siblings, Frances Grant, Helen Matte and William Starr. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Memorial contributions may be made to either the Cambridge Valley Rescue Squad, Cambridge Little League or the Hoosick Falls Little League, through the funeral home.
