He was predeceased by: his parents, George Rouse and Lottie Rouse (Parker); his niece Sara Rouse; his nephew Edward J. Breeyear; and his brother-in-law Edward F. Breeyear.
He is survived by: his siblings, Joseph Rouse (Nancy) of Cambridge and Shirley Breeyear of Hudson Falls; and his nieces, Margaret Hamilton (family: Amanda, Matthew) and Deborah Hamdani (Hashim, family: Amira, Gabriel).
