He was predeceased by: his parent Anderson Foster; and his former wife Joan Tully Foster. He is survived by: his parent Clara Foster (Vaughn); his wife Carol Brownell; his children, Lydia Owen (Christopher) of Columbia, SC and Hillary Allebach (Jarrett) of Worcester, MA; his brother George Foster of Shushan; his mother-in-law Leta Tully of Cambridge; and his grandchildren, Vaughn, Aquilla, Blaize, Porsha, Ty, Wesley, Briana and Isaac. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
