She was predeceased by: her parents, Warren Liew and Mildred Van Liew (Counsell); her husband David L. Pierce; her son David J. Pierce; her granddaughter Kelly Lynn Pierce; her daughter-in-law Martha "Poodie" Pierce; and her brother Kenneth Van Liew.
She is survived by: her sons, Richard A. Pierce (Roxanne) and Gary Pierce (Mary Ann) of Hoosick Falls; her daughter-in-law Susan Pierce of Moberly, MO; her sister-in-law Jan Van Liew of Columbus, IN; her grandchildren, Richard A. Pierce (Dawn), Don Pierce, Steve Pierce, Holly Bailey (Ben), Ethan M. Roy, Theresa Taft (Mike), Kevin Hyde (Patty), Ed Hyde (Julie), Karen Gatus (John) and PJ Hyde (Shelby); her great grandchildren, Kristen (Mike), Morgan, Richard A. III, Leah, Evie, Aisling, Brandon, Devin, Kaitlyn, Ryan, Maria, Christopher, Brooklyn, Sophia, Taylor and Matt; and her great great grandchildren, Chloe, Sullivan and Cian. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
