She was predeceased by: her father Robert Fink; her husband Robert Louis Frazer; her former husband Raymond C. Kelley Sr.; and her sister Roberta Fink. She is survived by: her sons, Edward Kelley (Doris), Raymond Kelley, Robert Kelley (Janine) and Douglas Kelley; and her grandchildren, Shannen Kelley, Raymond Kelley III, Robert Kelley and Mitchell Kelley. She is also survived by her many cousins, other family members and friends.
