Steven P. Luty Obituary

With solemn reverence, we commemorate Steven P. Luty of Callicoon, New York, whose life came to an end on March 29, 2025 at the age of 74, leaving behind cherished memories. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Francis Jean Preston Hubbell and Mitchell Luty; his stepfather Buddy Hubbell; his in-laws, Floyd and Mary Ann Smock; and his brother-in-law Ted Konkle.

He is survived by: his wife Peg (Peg); his children, Bradley Luty (Michelle) and Tera DiTommaso (John); his granddaughter Vita Rose DiTommaso; his brother Michael Luty (Judy) of Port St; and his sisters-in-law, Terri Metcalf (Bob) of Des Moines and Vicki Konkle of Albion, Michigan. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

Visitation was held on Friday, April 4th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Harris Funeral Home - Roscoe (11 Railroad Ave, Roscoe, NY 12776). A memorial service was held on Friday, April 4th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Steve's memory to the Allan Milk Memorial VFW 7276, the Upper Delaware Ambulance Corp, or the Physical Therapy Department at Garnet Health Medical Center, Grover Herman Division - better known as "Papa's Hospital".
