He was predeceased by: his parents, Suzanne and Vince; his grandparents, Dr. Vincent and Dorothy Annunziata; his nephew Adam; his great-nephew Hugo; his brother-in-law Paul Nicolaides; and also Cecily.
He is survived by: his siblings, Elizabeth Hill (Randy), Jim Annunziata (Jackie), Kathy Annunziata Nicolaides, Suzanne Wolff (Jay), Eileen Crum (Michael), Patricia Loarca (Luis), Dianne Barber (Dave) and Maureen Annunziata. He is also survived by his 13 nieces and nephews, 6 great nieces and nephews, and his 3 great-great nieces and nephews.
