He was predeceased by: his grandfather Cono Manzolillo. He is survived by: his parents, Timothy Hornicek and Deborah Hornicek (Manzolillo); his wife Kayla Hornicek (Peters); his sister Kelsey; his parents-in-law, David and Cindy Peters; his grandparents, Charles (Bud), Mary Etta Hornicek, Joyce and Victor Brooks; his siblings-in-law, Alicia Houghtaling (Todd) and Brandon Peters; his niece Kylie Houghtaling; and his nephew Tanner Houghtaling. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
