He was predeceased by: his father Robert Munro Smith. He is survived by: his mother Ruth Rickloff Smith; his children, Alexander, Sarah, Kristina, Bryant, Julia and Laura; his wife Alissa Smith; and his siblings, Gordon Smith, Jonelle Rizzi and Carolyn Anderson. He is also survived by his six children, five grandchildren, and numerous nephews, nieces, in-laws, and extended family.
