He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, William Kelch and Agnes Kelch (Rossborough); his wife Donna "Digger" Fagan; his sisters, Karen Brannan of Chili, Lauren Garland (Russ) of Fowlerville and Tammy Kelch of York; his siblings-in-law, Jim Fagan (Sharon) of Lakeville, Paul Anderson (Lee) of Rochester, Linda "Hanger" Brady of York, Barb Spezzano (Greg) of Piffard and Nancy "Tid" Templeton (Jim) of York; his parents-in-law, Jim and Margaret Fagan; and his siblings-in-law, Jayne Anderson, Gary, Charlie Fagan and Myron Brady. He was also cherished by Many loving nieces, nephews, great nieces and nephews and dear friends.
