She was predeceased by: her husband Herbert; and her children, Sylvia and Jeffrey. She is survived by: her children, Herbert "Chip" Curtis Jr. (Ellen), John Curtis, Elizabeth Woods and Kathleen DeMarco (Tony); her sisters, Alberta Blasz and Janice MaKey; and her grandchildren, Anthony, Patricia, Christine, Autumn, Brittany, Victoria, Paige, Callee, Blake and Preston. She is also survived by 19 Grandchildren, 30 Great Grandchildren, and 5 Great Great Grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to Livingston County Hospice 2 Co. Campus Mt. Morris 14510, whom the family would like to thank for taking great care of her or a charity of your choice.
