Jonathan E. Barefoot Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Jonathan E. Barefoot (Caledonia, New York), whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on March 10, 2025. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Dorothy Barefoot and James Barefoot; his stepmother Evelyn Barefoot; and his siblings, David Barefoot, Murrelle Bishop and Karen Cwiklinski (Fred).
He is survived by: his wife Elizabeth Barefoot; his children, Kimberly Barefoot, J. Scott Barefoot (Lisa), Debbie Barefoot and Timothy Barefoot; his grandchildren, Megan McNamara (Martin), Thomas Barefoot (Ali), Matthew Harrington, Alice Barefoot and Nicholas Harrington; his sister Ruth Keller; his sister-in-law Doris Barefoot; his brother Sidney Barefoot (Donna); and his sister-in-law Margaret Churchill. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
Visitation will be held on Friday, March 21st 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Alhart Funeral Home (3068 Main St, Caledonia, NY 14423). A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, March 22nd 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Evangelical Presbyterian Stone Church (3177 Church St, Caledonia, NY 14423).
