She is survived by: her children, Mark Taft (Kathy), Cheryl Tette (Richard), Kevin Taft (Terry) and Karen Polo (Steve); her grandchildren, Matthew, Rachael, Elyse Taft, Zachary, Alexander Polo, Caleb and Laurel Taft; and her sisters, Rose Warner and Frances Lawrence.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the American Heart Association.
