He is survived by: his close friend Amy Lusk; his sister Donna; his brother-in-law Bill Van Auken; his nephew Will; his nieces, Elyse and Grace Van Auken; his pet Cat; and his children, Snickers, Gus and Phoebe. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, and cousins.
