He was loved and cherished by many people including: his brother Gordon Roggen (Melba); his wife Patricia Jones Roggen; his daughters, Gail Milner (Rex) of Caledonia, Barbara Fravel (Dan) of Castile and Alana Scalia (Dan) of Cape Coral, FL; his grandchildren, Julia Derouen (Chris), Timothy Donaghue (Tara), Patience White (Doug), John Phelps (Courtney), Tricia Scalia, Danielle Meyer and Katherine Scalia; his great grandchildren, Ethan, Joshua, Joseph, Braelynn, Lana and Tessa; his sister Joyce Neeley (Richard) of Warsaw; and his parents, Albert Roggen and Louise Bookmiller Roggen. He was also cherished by nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be held on Friday, February 28th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Rector-Hicks Funeral Home, Inc. (111 Main St, Geneseo, NY 14454). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, March 1st 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Rector-Hicks Funeral Home (111 Main St, Geneseo, NY 14454).
