He was predeceased by: his parents, Lewis Heilman and Gladys Heilman (Ball). He is survived by: his wife Carol Mussot of Calcium; his daughter Cathy Feltz (John) of Watertown; and his sister-in-law Reta Mussot of Cape Vincent.
