She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Fazio Sr. and Mary VanCamp; and her nephew Michael Fazio. She is survived by: her siblings, Donald Fazio (Connie) of Overland Park, KS, Frank Fazio Jr. (Catherine), Bryan (Debbie Taylor Fazio) and Cheryl Fazio (Glenn Hebert); and her stepmother Amelia Fazio of Sackets Harbor, NY. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
