Melany A. Deyo Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Melany A. Deyo of Cairo, New York, who passed away on December 16, 2024, at the age of 45, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
In the sacred silence of farewell, Melany is released into the embrace of eternity, knowing that her light will continue to shine brightly in the tapestry of the lives of her loved ones. And as her memory is carried forward, may comfort be found in the knowledge that love is eternal, and that Melany's spirit lives on in the beauty that surrounds us.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Freleigh Deyo and MarieElena Deyo; her sister Grace Deyo; and her nephew Grayson Jones. She is survived by: her significant other Donald Darran; her children, Selena Salzer (Mike), Sydney Darran (Elijah), Iciania Darran (Anthony), Abagail Darran (Logan), Julian Darran and Carbury Darran; and her siblings, Darla Jones (Eugene) and Scott Deyo (Michelle). She is also survived by nieces, nephews, and friends.
Visitation was held on Saturday, December 21st 2024 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the A. J. Cunningham Funeral Home (4898 NY-81, Greenville, NY 12083).
