She was predeceased by: her parents, John W. Cook and Genevieve Cook (Glembocki); her children, Tara G. Lisk and John R. Lisk; and her brother John J. Cook.
She is survived by: her husband Richard J. Lisk of Cairo; her children, Troy Lisk (Rebekah) of Saugerties, N. Y. and Erica Lisk of Coxsackie, N. Y.; her stepbrother Stephen Hayes of Staten Island; and her grandchildren, Aaliah, Hannah, Caleb and Abigail.
